Cancellation Policy

To confirm and secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount is specified with each service and will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment

Rescheduling must be done with a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment

No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hour notice, will be charged a 50% of total service fee

LATE APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL

Please understand your appointment may be cancelled past our 15 min grace period. While we always do our best to accommodate, late arrivals affect other clients’ time. Please plan ahead— allow extra time for traffic & finding parking. Arriving on time ensures a smooth & relaxing start to your appointment.
