
Cancellation Policy
To confirm & secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount is listed in the appointment details at the time of booking & will be applied toward your total appointment cost.
Rescheduling must be done with a minimum of 48 hours PRIOR to your appointment.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hour notice, will be charged a 50% of total service fee
Please understand your appointment may be cancelled past our 15 min grace period. While we always do our best to accommodate, late arrivals affect other clients’ time. Please plan ahead, allow extra time for traffic & finding parking. Arriving on time ensures a smooth & relaxing start to your appointment. Free parking available behind building.
