Cancellation Policy

To confirm and reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied as a credit towards your service.

Rescheduling must be done with a minimum 48 hours prior to your appointment. _______________________________

No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hour notice, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

LATE APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL

If you’re more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you’re at risk of having your appointment canceled and charged the cancellation fee. However, we always try our best to accommodate but sometimes we are not able too. Please be considerate of others and arrive to your appointment on time.
